Audience program:  Monday: 12.00 – 14.00
Audiences held by the RRA are held in accordance with the program set by its management, respectively on Mondays, from 12.00 to 14.00; the audience program is made public by displaying at the RRA headquarters and on the institution’s webpage; audiences scheduled outside the established schedule are approved by the President of the RRA; programming at audiences can be done directly at the headquarters of the RRA on 38 Dinicu Golescu blvd, C.F.R. Palace, entrance G or by telephone contacting the Foreign Relations, Transparency, Institutional Relations Office.

Audiences are requested based on an application (written or online) in which the applicant completes his/hers personal details and specifies the reason for the audience, which must absolutely be consistent with the RRA’s activity.

Once the application has been approved, the person appointed by the Foreign Relations, Transparency, Institutional Relations Office establishes together with the person who requested the audience (telephone or online) the date when he/she will be present at the RRA headquarters.

PETITION means the petition, complaint, intimation or proposal made in writing or by electronic mail that a citizen or a legally constituted organisation may address to central and local public authorities and institutions, to the decentralized public services of ministries and other central bodies, companies and national companies, commercial companies of county or local interest, as well as autonomous municipal company, hereinafter referred to as public authorities and institutions. (Article 2 of the Government Ordinance No. 27/2002 regulating the activity of solving petitions with subsequent amendments).

Petitions may be submitted to the Railway Reform Authority in one of the following ways:

– by posting at the address of the Railway Reform Authority – 38 Dinicu Golescu blvd, 1st district, Bucharest

– by electronic mail at the address office@arf.gov.ro

– by submission at the GEIP Registry of the Railway Palace (PALAT CFR) – Gate A, 38 Dinicu Golescu blvd, 1st district, Bucharest.
